Default how much bench?

how many times should i do benchpress ever week to get stronger as fast as possible? im 16 and i recover quickly

to answer your question... every other day at most. but dont neglect your legs and dont be a pansy about squats, no pads and go down till your knees are atleast at 90. i used to do about 30x5 a week with my old coach, and i gained 50 pounds on my 1RM every 4 months, so that works well. so basicly do a 10x5 mwf. and eat like your a fat man like me . food is friendly. other then that just focus on compound lifts, like bench deadlift and squat, leave the little lifts for your off days as much as you can.

If you want to increase your bench, do a 5*5 program.....(but I think you knew that)

I agree with Talo on the 5x5 for the bench but you also need to squat and deadlift as heavy as possible.
