Default Need the Vets to Help

Im 16 5'9 132 lbs.. i no its bad.. but i want to get stronger and bigger.. not body buiild.. dont really care about physic but being stronger and bigger... Im Eating 5-6 meals a day now....protein shakes.. but i have no idea on a good powerlfiting routine

Look up Starting Strength. Do a search for it. I once posted this huge thread taken from another site with tons of info on it. If you have money, buy the book "Starting Strength".
