Question Nubie question

I was looking at some power barbells and elitefts advertises a different barbell for squats, deads, and benches. Is this all necessary or is it a scam.
Thanks for the help

Why are you looking at all this merchandise? You just said in another thread you're too young to take creatine...so why are you dicking around with elitefts and apt?

Why not try a board press? Bands work the same as chains, hook em on the ends, except with bands you gotta hook one end to the ground or to the bench as well.
