I need help designing a strength training routine.
How many days a week?
What days to do what? etc
Im new to weight lifting
I would do an upper/lower split to start if you are brand new to lifting. it can be found here.
Or I think Pendulum training would be a nice way for all around size and strength gains.
is strength your ONLY goal...? or do you want mass as well...? or do you want to cut and hence do a strength routine...? which one is it...?
also, please add your stats, etc... that way ppl will be able to explain to you better :)
