Tell him to try competition bench..and that isnt even a regulation Bench Press.

He's claiming he's gonna enter a competition in August in Erie, PA.

if hes only doing bench he'll do pretty well, but he'll haveto glue his ass to the bench to get a good lift.

One guy over at bb.com offered to lift with him at the Y where he works out to verify it, no response to the offer.

Another guy offered to pay a day's pass at Gold's to video a lift and no response for him either.
