Eggs for Breakfast Daily

Does eating eggs on daily basis a good thing? I don't know if it's just me but I can't see my breakfast without eggs in it.

Absolutely nothing wrong with eating eggs on a daily basis. They are a quality protein source and loaded with essential vitamins and minerals. Not to mention they are cheap and easy to prepare.

You can always adjust the ratio of whites to yolks as well to fit your target macros.

You're good dude. Eggs help with brain development and memory.
Eggs have Choline in the and that stimulates brain development it also has also been linked with increasing memory retention as well as improving alertness. It's total BULLJIVE that eggs are going to make your cholesterol worse.

Itís true that eggs do contain a good amount of cholesterol but the cholesterol you eat doesn't impact your blood cholesterol levels, that has has been disproven time and time again. Eat up bruh, thereís no need to worry about eating eggs on the daily.

Honestly, I am fed up with eggs but I keep them in quite regularly. Not necessarily because I do not have alternatives, but because I know that the quality of protein that you find in eggs is going to beat out anything that you eat otherwise. Eggs are great, especially if you leave out the yolks.
