Considering MMA, any tips?
Hi everyone! I'm a 23 year old girl and I've been working out for 3 years now. I normally do running, lifting, and some CrossFit occasionally. However I want to venture out and try something else that will keep me active and at the same time develop my strength and endurance so I've been thinking about trying out MMA. Any tips for starting up? :)

Make sure you get well rounded. I would focus on boxing as first priority since all MMA matches start on your feet
