For me it's gotta be knudsen's brand, I like the taste and texture. What I like to do to make it more palatable is mix in a scoop of my favorite vanilla protein and add a packet of Splenda. I kid you not it tastes like cheesecake! This is usually my last meal of the day.

Oh yeah Snachito that reminds me another new thing I have been doing with cottage cheese is adding a little bit of sugar free pudding and a tad of water(unless your brand is runnier then mine)...Tastes awesome!

The grocery store. :eek: I use the snack packs brand. I mix one of those small snack packs in with a full serving of cottage cheese.

Man, it sucks, the stores that I go to dont carry the tapioca pudding, all they have is vanilla, and chocolate(4 0r 5 different kinds)

The best way to eat cottege cheese is not to eat it at all. Just looking at the stuff makes we want to puke. To bad too. I know it's a great source of slow digesting protein. Can you say casien shakes.
