Default Bodybuilding Recipe Database

Everyone knows that being on a strict diet, especially for dedicated bodybuilders, can be daunting. Eventually boredom sets in and this can lead some of us to stray from our diet in search of food that break the everyday eating routines. But this usually means unhealthy foods that don't help us to meet our goals and can usually wipe out alot of the work we have already done. One of the best ways to stay on your diet it to switch things up by using different recipes, while at the same time, keeping count of your macronutrients. Alot of the following sites already have macronutrient listings but if not, you can find them easily at FitDay by entering them into your food journal.

Even the dreaded can of tuna can be made into many different and tasty dishes if done correctly. So below I have compiled a list of some of my favorite bodybuilding recipe sites that I personally use to switch things up that I feel may be beneficial for you to look take a look at. These recipes are geared towards us and usually can be made with the common bodybuilding foods that you already have in your home (loads of protein and good carbs) plus a few secret spices.

Please feel free to share with us any sites in this thread that would be beneficial as a recipe database to our users or share your own recipe in this forum.

My favorites:
Stella Juarez's Tuna Recipes - Stella has awesome recipes and is a certified nutritionist, this just one example of her great recipes.
Bodybuilding.com's Recipe Database - Basically every type of recipe you can think off, from bulking to cutting.
IronMagazine's Recipe Archive - These are all member submitted recipes, more than you could possibly ever try out and are reviewed by others also.
IronOnline's Recipe Archive
FitCoach Recipes - A few basic ones here including protein pancakes.

Default Generate your grocery list!

I just created a website that is full of healthy, nutritous recipes. www.healthygrocerylist.com. What makes this site unique is, you select what recipes you want to make each week, and it will generate your grocery list for you! Oh, and it is, and always will be, FREE! Enjoy! Oh, and your feedback on the site is greatly appreciated...

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
