1 1500-1700 cal GAINER SHAKE:
1 CUP OF COCONUT MILK (the kind you buy in a can, it has a whopping (550) cal/cup)
1 avocado (250-300)
1 banana (i buy the super large ones (120)
Protein powder (4 scoops=480)
Peanut Butter- I use anywhere from 2TB (200) to 1/4 cup depending how peanut buttery I want it.
Have you tried this? If so how long have you been doing this? And have you gained any weight? Lean weight? Fat? How many servings is this? Banana and a avocado? Is that too much potassium??
I've been trying to bulk for 2 months now, I've upped my carb intake, sugar as well (before and after a workout) and taking weight gainer and I've gained only 5lb, and I can't seem to gain more...
