1 CUP OF COCONUT MILK (the kind you buy in a can, it has a whopping (550) cal/cup)
1 avocado (250-300)
1 banana (i buy the super large ones (120)
Protein powder (4 scoops=480)
Peanut Butter- I use anywhere from 2TB (200) to 1/4 cup depending how peanut buttery I want it.
