Default Chicken n' Rice

2 grated chicken breasts
1 or 2 cups of brown rice
Famouse Daves Devil's Spit BBQ sauce
Sprinkle of crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper
Deadlift - 405X1
Squat - 325X1
Bench - 225X1

Golf Tee - Anyone who can bench more than they can squat and/or deadlift.

I do chicken and rice with baked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup and some other stuff. If you guys want the recipe, I can post it up.

I just love this dish,
chicken and rice are my Favorite dish, i just love to eat it ..
