Thumbs up Delicious meal - high in protein....

When you see the combination of ingriedients in this, don't blow it off, the finished product doesn't look very good, but trust me, its delicious.

What your gonna need:
(This is for someone that isn' too fond of tuna, I usually use 2 cans because its an extra 35 grams, and plus I like it )

3 Eggs
8 ounce Boneless Chicken
1 can Tuna

Optional Ingriedients:

Bacon
Chopped Ham
____________________
Directions: First off, when you are trying this for the first time, make one piece of boneless chicken and season it however you like( grill, bake, fry, whatever you want - i like to season with lemon and grill it). When the chicken is ready, put the eggs in a pan like you were to make scrambled eggs, dont forget to spray the pan( see bottom for instructions on makin scrambled eggs ). Turn the heat to low-warm and add the tuna, stir that up. Now, take the piece of chicken and chop it up in little pieces and add them to the pan. Stir it up once per minute for 5 minutes. Turn heat off... add salt, pepper, etc.

Extra info:

If you don't like this for whatever reason, do a little trial and error to go along with your taste.

Once you get yo a point where you like it, and plan on using it more... Grill up 7 pieces of chicken on monday for the whole week so all you gotta do is make the eggs and add the tuna and chicken.

If you want to add bacon or ham, just add it at the same time you add the chicken.

::HOW TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS:: Just put the eggs in the pan at about medium-high heat and just stir after 30 seconds, then prety much stir until all the egg is white, makes sure there is no liquid, this should not take any more then 3-5 minutes.

If you have any questions, just post it and i'll answer them

You can make burgers out of these. Usually it is just tuna and eggs mixed together and cooked until the eggs are cooked and it holds together decently like a burger. I'm sure you can add the chicken to it as well.
