I'd say its about a little more then a month ago. Yeah I gained about 5-8 pounds just eating and lifting a bit got a lot stronger. Kinda let my self go because I couldn't really work out because of my knee. Beefy as in getting some fat or thick as lean weight? Just wondering need to be honest to work on the right parts. I think my girlfriend is being nice by saying yeah your not fat...... just got thicker lol

Just started to squat again because my knee blew out a couple months back and its getting there, not to where I want but my DL is improving so we'll see.

I meant beefy as in gaining lean mass. I'd say you pecs and bi's are looking real good, your delts are good, but they could be a little bigger. Ask her to be honest, that you want to look as nice as possible for her, (you'll score points w/ her, and she'll give you her real thoughts, so win-win!)

How'd your knee blow out? That sucks

Deads?! I freakin love em!! I did some on Monday, and not even the 810 lb. leg press has me that sore!! Talk about a mass builder!!

During football, which cost me the season so F it. DL are king of all kings besides squats. Leg presses are okay I start off with those to get warmed up for squats. 810 is impressive, let alone doing it 20x is just out of control.

As for lean weight its been going well kinda formed a gut as well, now I'm doing resistant on the core, and mainly concentrating on my legs and calves, genetic sucks ass!!!!

Thanks. I need to work on my upper body, to be more proportional. Yeah, man, I hear you about the genetics part. As far as deads, have you tried the sumo dls? Or, these other ones where you look like you're going to do a single-leg squat, but you're holding a bar with plates on it? To simplify, it looks like you're gonna hit your 'bar' if you go too high.

Yeah I usually do the sumo DL over under grip. Whats the names of the other ones your talking about?

Talk about proportional, I try hard on my legs and calves but they don't grow as much as my upper body. Looks like I got chicken legs because of my upper body it looks goofy but hopefully in a year it'll be huge. F football I'm just gonna lift and eat then sleep. Ummm curry chicken is soooo good

Lifting, eating, sleeping. Amen, my friend, amen. Mmmmm, curry chicken. I tried football in Middle school, sucked at it, and gave up on it.

haha good I'm happy to see others enjoying it. How much tuna can one eat? I mean with the level or mercury in the water now and days? I've given fish a break for a few weeks now so I just want to make sure.
