Thumbs up homemade oatmeal protein bars(addictive!)

Hi all,im new to this board nice to be here this is a great reciepe and takes only a few minutes to make:
ingredients:2-cups of oatmeal
2-scoops of whey protein
1/2 cup of chocolate chips or raisins(for a lower fat
reciepe)
4-egg whites
pam spray
mix everything in a bowl spray pam while stiring the ingredients,preheat the oven to 350 degrees make 4-chunks place on a baking pan and bake for 15-min.
each 2-chunks have 35-28 grams of protein,50 grams of carbs and 8-9 grams of fat(3-4grams if using the raisins instead of the chocolate chips)-ENJOY!

how big are the "cunks?" and thanks i'm going to try these out i gotta make some for my trip.

Mine are pretty much the same, just without the chocolate, with some ground flaxseed, about 2 tbsps of peanut butter, and some water to help everything mix well. I need to add some whites, though...hmmm.

I think most of the protein would make it through baking.
