does anyone have any recipes that are higher in protein and less in fat *(i don't care if they taste shity)

Add cottage cheese: http://worldfitnessnetwork.com/2009/...-protein-bars/ - there are pictures and nutrition info there too. You can always add more protein powder to ramp up the protein content.
