Default Tuna recipies...

Does anyone have any good tuna recipes? I've been avoiding tuna as a protein source, becasue the only way I really know how to prepare it is with mayo.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It sure looks like someone eats hellua lot of tuna. I just scoop mine out of the can after draining it mixed with hot sauce. NO extra unwanted calories. Its a bad recipe, try it only if u are man enough.

Man, there are some good ones up there. You can use tuna, just like any meat, mix it up into meatballs, add it to soups. What I did a lot on the CKD, and still do on low and no carb days,
Just throw a can of tuna in a baggie, add either giardanni peppers, mustard, ranch dressing, hot sauce, or any other sauce really. I usually have a few peices of lettuce for making a wap. And you can try all mustards, I am partial to grainy german or sweet basalmic.
Ill grab the recipes in a minute. There is one huge post on tuna recipes out there. Mac n cheese n tuna, Tuna is good. I cannot tollerate dry albacore too often. but for .10 a can, Ill eat it all day.
