If you guys are anything like me... sticking to a strict diet is extremely difficult. Number 1 being I lack the discipline to eat well and 2nd I hate eating the same stuff over and over and over again. So in light of that 2nd reason I was hoping some of the members here could post some of their favorite meals or snacks that they make. Meals that they consider a staple in their diet or routine. Right now I am looking into buying some plain yogurt and mixing it with my Whey Protien and see how that goes... although Im pretty sure dairy is horrible when you are trying to cut somewhat. Otherwise my meals are pretty plain and this is about the only recipe I have to contribute.

Morning Shake -

About 6 Ice Cubes
1 Cup milk
1/2 cup Raw Oats
1 Scoop ON 100% Whey Chocolate
1/2 Scoop ON 100% Casien Vanilla

Ends up tasting pretty damn good with that hint of vanilla in there. Otherwise I do;

About 6 Ice Cubes
1 Cup milk
1/2 cup Raw Oats
1 Scoop ON 100% Whey Chocolate
1/4 teaspoon Mint Extract

Gives it kind of a Mint Chocolate tastes... makes your mouth tingle though lol

Anyways lets see what you guys have for recipes, and give the rest of us some ideas!
