I never would have thought to substitute in the brown rice for rice-a-roni ... very inventive shaun.

I try to keep spices around the house, but I havent been doing much cooking lately. spices are tough though, if you go to costo they are still expensive, and you end up with a paint bucket full of each one.

CVS, Big Lots, and all dollar stores have some pretty cheap spices.

another stud subtitution is whole grain noodles and mac n cheese can't belive its not butter and use 2 boxes cheese pouches and 1 box worth of noodles
