Default Quick and Easy Meal

1 can of tuna
2 servings of non fat yogert (I perfer strawberry)
Then a scoop of whatever supp. you take

Very easy to make, tastes great, high in protein
__________________
Deadlift - 405X1
Squat - 325X1
Bench - 225X1

Golf Tee - Anyone who can bench more than they can squat and/or deadlift.

Fuckin hell! Tuna and yoghurt?! It really is as disgusting as it sounds!

Took 3 mouth fulls and hurled it back up!
