Default Protein Pudding

It's actually really easy.

1-2 scoops of whey protein (I use chocolate)
2 TBSP of natty peanut or almond butter (to each his own)
slowly add water and stir to create a smooth consistency. It will be somewhat liquidy. Throw it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes and you have yourself a meal.
