Awesome! Thanks for giving me a reason to use my printer, and something more to post on the fridge!

FWIW, my Root Beer Float:

3/4 scoop Root Beer Muscle Milk

3/4 scoop Vanilla Optimum Whey

about 6oz water

about 3oz skim milk

...mix and enjoy!

Default my ol standby

Here's my favorite that I've been using forever:

16 oz 1% milk
8 oz lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 whole banana
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
6 ice cubes

Not fancy, but tastes just fine. Sometimes I'll switch out the banana for frozen berries.

I am glad you guys like them, but I can't take credit. DavidJ21 posted these recipes in Daves Clean Bulking 101 thread on BN. Dave876 and I were talking about them one day and we couldn't remember where we saw them. Then later I was going over the CB101 again and saw them, sent the email to Dave where they were located and we fell out laughing because we couldn't believe we kept skipping over them. (I guess you had to have been there...good times)

After I printed them out and put them on my fridge, I started sending them to other friends who also got bored with the same-old-shakes. I thought it would be a good idea to post them in a separate thread here. I am also glad that other people have great recipes of their own to add. Keep posting them up guys.

What a coincidence, I just happened to look at Dave's clean bulk today and saw that right below it. Some of those shakes sure got me drooling.
