Default Protein Sludge

Hey Guys,

If your looking for a quick and easy recipe thats high in protein try great tasting protein sludge, the recipe may sound a bit off but it really does taste good.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Peanut or Almond butter
2 scoops of protein powder ( any flavour )
water
100g blueberry's or 1 banana

Method:

Put the 2 scoops of protein into a bowl with the peanut/almond butter. Slowly mix in some water, keep mixing it until you get a nice sludgey mixture. Once happy with the mixture add either 100g of blueberrys or a cut up a banana and mix that in. enjoy...

Put it in freezer for about 10 mins, if you like it served chilled!
