Some call it "chicken of the sea". It is very high in protein, Omega 3 fatty acids.

I'm not to sure but some say that to much White Tuna (Albacore) isn't very good for you due to the fact that it has Methylmercury in it (the organic form of mercury).

So I guess it's up to you; I know that when I was dieting down I was eating up to 8 cans of tuna a day, because it's cheap.

Tuna is a great food for anyone, especially body builders as its basically pure protein and really cheap. Now as far as bulking, your not going to get alot of calories out of it but you can always throw it into alot of meals to get that extra protein you need.

Tuna is fish and fish is a very healthy protein rich food. In addition, the fat of the tuna is made from unsaturated fats which are actually good for the body and do not form Atheroma in the blood vessels. So eat FISH its THE BEST NATURAL PROTEIN RICH FOOD AND ITS VERY HEALTHY!

Yes i know some biology too ;)
