I am going to try tuna tacos later this week sometime. I am going to mix the tuna in taco sauce, then put it in the shell, put a little cheese on top, then put it in the oven for 5min to melt it. Anyone ever tried anything like it before???? It seems like it would be very easy to do and cheap as well, considering all the ingredients are dirt cheap. I guess it would have some carbs (shells), plenty of protein (tuna and cheese), as well as some fat from the cheese. Seems like a pretty decent high calorie meal.
I'll let you guys know how it goes, ill try and make it tomorrow sometime after I work, about 3 hours before I workout.
