OK, OK, bring it to the "just bored" thread. This is the Recipes board, and I see no recipes on the second page.
For the true college student... I wish I would have used tuna back then....
Ramen Tuna
Ingredients
2 or 1 Small tear open packets of tuna -no oil.
1 Packet Ramen noodle-Discard seasoning
1 Can mixed veggies
Procedure
Cook 1/2 the Ramen noodles in microwave with 1/2 can of mixed veggies and water. Drain and add 1 or 2 packets of Tuna. 1 packet of tuna is 19 grams pro and 2 equals 38 grams.
Most of the fat and sodium are in the seasoning packet, so don't eat it. Save the unused Ramen and Veggies for the next day's meal.

Tuna Mix- If you have had tuna n cottage - try this
ingredients (any amounts)
tuna, cottage cheese, carrots, apples, ritz crackers, mayo, red
onion, black pepper
First, use a food processor or blender to "whip" the cottage
cheese. Dump it into a large mixing bowl. Second, "chop" the
carrots, apples, onion, etc. with the food processor and put
this in the bowl. Add some mayo to the bowl, you don't need
much! Just like a spoonful or three. Add tuna. Crumble some
crackers in. Lots of black pepper Mmmmm
Maybe add some chili peppers. Good stuff.
The key is that mayo isn't the base, the cottage cheese is.
You should have a 10:1 cottage cheese/mayo ratio.
