Default Recipe for my friend

I got few in my hand for him to gain weight without eating beef links. Let me here some or urs. ? I will post mine tomorrow.

He should just drink that 1500+ cal drink I forget name. Though if hes fond of the links let him eat. Curious as to what you have for him.

heres a classic bomber weight gainer shake

its got 45% whey concentrate
20%yolk powder
20%malodextrin
15%rice oligodextrin
113 calories
134.4 from fat ?
3.7g of total fat
1.4 saturated fat
9.2 carbs
.09g sugar
10.5 protein

oh on that last one dont foget the sausage links, biscuits, and can of tuna...all combined into one shake just throw it in a blender and its like a putting your taste buds through a state of pure ecstasy

Pineapple sandwich (BoMer Special)
Ingrediants
1 lb pineapple
2 foot long sandwich breads with butter on it
Jar of Mayo
and 16 oz olive oil

STEP 1: Spread the 16 oz mayo on the bread.
STEP 2: drain the pineapple and place it nicely on the bread
STEP 3: Eat the damn thing
STEP 4: After u finish eating the sandwich drink the olive oil.
Calorie info
FAT 400 grams
SOIDUM negligible
CARB 500 grams
Protein 9.6 grams
Total calories 5638.4

Lmao this poor kid is gonna have heart attack. heres one
1 bag tortilla chips
1lb pepper jack cheese
1 cheese grater

empty quarter bag in large bowl grate 4 oz cheese then repeat adding layers till done then pop in miccrowave.

excluding bag do to fact i dont have bag of chips so heres info w/o that

1760calories
protien 96grams
fatt 144 grams


thats without bag of chips so would b more fat n cals

these are the best weight gainers ive seen in years. good job with these i must say. u know whats really good what i had this morning scrambled eggs with cheese in them as u make the eggs throw in pieces of american cheese, comes out good. of course its even better drenched in a liter of pure lard. got that recipe off of the american heart association website so i know its certified as heart healthy

With the eggs you can make omelet first cook bacon then in the bacon grease make omelet then throw bacon pieces into it and sum cheese fold over and eat.
