Default tuna salad without the fat

Tuna salad
Tuna (water stored)
relish
Ranch Till moist
EGGS
(Basic tuna salad recipe just replace mayo with ranch, its actually really good)

mmmmm, ranch. as long as you dont get real bacon ranch this should be waaay better for you then with mayo, or you could just use miracle whip.

as i said gotta be careful what ranch u use but as a body builder prob dont have supper high cal dressing :P
but anyways na the ranch is actually really good with it I like it better then regular mayo
