those supps are nice, but are they really necessary. protein powder everyone has a tub in there household, creatine you can gain benefit...but nothing beats a proper diet.

go ahead, its particularly useful if your dieting and want to maintain strength.
the water retention from creatine was a side effect, but companies spun it around and marketed it.

but flax oil would be my weapon of choice. it all comes down to how good your diet is.
