Im 5'10 and find it very difficult to gain weight, however with the correct diet and eating regiment i can still get to 210lbs without the use of any synthetic compounds...

If you did decide to run a cycle with a poor diet the you will simply add water weight...

I seriously wouldn't add Letro to any cycle, letro will kill off every last bit of estrogen in ones body and we need estrogen to build muscle. Only use letro as a last resort for gyno reversal.

Try this:

Test e @ 500mgs a week for 12 weeks.
Deca @ 400mgs a week for 10...

You also have to take into account the lasting and permanent damage...
