Thanks bro. and Yeah as of late I have been hitting PRs a lot. Especially on squat dead and bench. I believe in leaving room for improvement.

If you need to lose fat... don't have cheat meals. If you are trying to gain as much muscle as possible, a cheat meal here and there is ok.
