What types of barbell rows do you guys prefer?
I've seen Yates (seems like a pretty short ROM), Pendlay/JS (I would imagine you can lift more weight because each rep is 'dead' off the floor) and...

Non bench press chest exercises
I was wondering what -or if- you guys incorporate any other exercises for the chest other than the bench. I've been noticing that mine seems to grow more quickly on the outer part vs the inner.
