Bulking diet (approx 4000 calories)
Meal 1:
3 eggs; 1/4 to 1/2 pound turkey patty; 2 pieces toast w/ olive oil; 2 glasses skim milk
Meal 2:
Half sandwich, meat; 1 hard boiled egg; 1 glass skim milk
