Well, right now it's a pretty steady balance. I'll lose a bit of fat, and then it will be replaced by muscle, then a bit of fat, etc. It's been pretty sporadic though, for instance, I run 5-10 miles...

I just started using whey protein, and I don't use it a lot, but when I do, it's always PWO. Usually I have oatmeal in the morning, and the Protein Shake after my afternoon session.

Okay! Would it be easier/quicker to focus on the fat loss and build muscle afterwards? I haven't been taking any supplements, besides a normal multivitamin.
