Very nice they are cheaper the bodybuilders.com... Bummer they dont show the details for the Heathy and Fit products. Only a couple item have details.

Seriously though that is a real low calorie intake especially if you are training 1.5 to 2 hours a day.

I personally think salmon taste more "fishy" then tuna. Salmon is good but tuna better for you. Go on line there are tons of recipes for tuna.
