Stop eating carbs. I have a problem with fat as well, around my waist. I can only get rid of it if I cut my carbs out for the week. That means you have to eat more protein and a bit more fat.

I recently lost 50 lbs, I did a lot of high intensity cardio to lose it quickly. The downside to is is that if you burn too many calories, you start to lose muscle mass. That is what happened to me....
