I think Ive got the exercises what I wanted. What should I do with the reps/sets to make this good? Is it good idea for me to do one day real heavy and then the other higher reps? Like for chest 3x5...

Please suggest a workout (I have an injured bicep)

Ive injured my left bicep so now there a lot of exercises I can not do until it heals. I can still train but but I need to avoid that area. I can not do any chest movements.

How is this workout?

Need help with a left bicep injury

Ive been having this problem for a cple of weeks, but now its gotta pretty bad. Its a sharp pain on the underside of my left bicep. Its particularly bad when doing push movements (chest press etc.)....

Is 1/2 hour not long enough between post workout shake and meal?

Ill have my post workout shake immediately after my workout. Due to work changes I do 4-5 hour shifts and I can not take a break long enough to get a meal in.
So my only options is to eat right...

Is it okay to eat some sugary foods immediately before a workout? The sugar rush really hits me.

Im talking about things like sultanas, jelly beans etc.
