lol well my bench is higher off the ground ,and it is wider . my bar is thinner than the one at school to. im not postive that the bar is 15 lbs though,i just estimated that lol

well i dont even think i could eat over 3000 calories ,because sometimes i only eat like 2500 calories and it makes me feel sick. plus alot of the stuff i eat is low in calories ,so it takes along...

my diet is about 2000-2500 calories, we do all kinds of exercises at school ,but squat ,bench ,and power cleans are the main ones we focus on.

i would do push ups ,if i was you ,because they always helped me with my endurance, so i was able to do more reps, plus that might help your bench press go up.
