I agree. Never done anything to warm up for sqauts but squat and it's always worked well for me:)

I am currently using a six day a week program...

I am currently using a six day a week program while trying to drop some fat. I hit one muscle per day and I have been very pleased with the results.

Not sure bro. Are you positive the deca you have is legit? At 500mgs/wk you should defintiely be noticing the effects, especially if your diet and training are in order.

I am ccurrently using a 5x5 routine and hitting one bodypart each week with good results. I think as with any training style everyone responds differently.
