Fast twitch vs slow twitch

How can you train your fast twitch muscles and your slow twitch muscles at the same time?

ive been told taht training the fast twitch muscles is hindered by the effects of training the slow twitch...

it basically put everything u train for toward your bench. It stresses on progressive overloads, variety (for bench), rest and recovery and HIT

What would be the best way toi train for endurence and strength?

My freind says its very, very had to do, making it almost impossible, but i dont believe him.
