Leg Extensions

I use leg extensions as a warm-up excercise. If I feel I need a little extra warm-up for the knees, I use a light weight and complete 15-30 reps 1 to 2 sets.

I would pick being ripped or being massive. Obviously it would be ideal to have the correct mass with some cuts. I think it depends on how a person holds "mass" on his/her frame. Some physiques look...
