Going for my PSA and test checkup.
I am going to the docs for my yearly checkup including my psa levels....so far every year has been good.
This time though I will also get my test levels checked...I am 41 and I just wanted to see...

Deads ain't my favorite
I know hands down that doing deadlifts are a great benefit...but I can'r seem to get the mechanics down for deadlifts...my lower back hurts like a MoFo.

Its not uncommon all that uncommon for body...
Its not uncommon all that uncommon for body muscles to grow unevenly...I had this issue with my pecs.
I dedicated a couple of warmup sets for that side alone and then began my sessions as usual....

I have heard others say this...flyes are supposed to give you that deep stretch (same as DB pullovers). Now I do like the way the pullovers...

Can't get stimulated
I seem to be experiencing difficuly stimulating my outer pecs especially the lower outer pecs.
I cannot seem to develop that seperation between my outer pecs and my lats...the serratus muscle...
