My PWO shake has always consisted of a whey and maltodextrin/dextrose combo, in varying ratios depending if I'm on a bulk or not. In a maintain now and will probably start a cut soon......

Tried it, but it always comes back eventually- I don't think I can stengthen the cartilage up like a muscle :)
