those supps are nice, but are they really necessary. protein powder everyone has a tub in there household, creatine you can gain benefit...but nothing beats a proper diet.

in addition to what Dr.X had said, timing and the macro combinations will also play a role. EFA's will be a valuable tool in body...

supplements arent necessary, and more the matter of convenience.
but flax oil would be my weapon of choice. it all comes down to how good your diet is.
