Hmm...pendlay mentions that ramped sets on monday and friday's workout is for beginners...yet madcows intermediate 5x5 is touted as a program for intermediate lifters...

Better shoulder exercise for strength?

For the madcow 5x5 on wednesdays workout I have a choice between military press or push press as the overhead pressing movement...but I want some opinions from you guys as to which might be better...

I can do 2 pullups unassisted, so far I have been using the lat pulldown but I really want to increase my pullup strength for bodyweight pullups.
