Tips on my workouts..
I do this about 6 days a week..
300 crunches
20 back dumbbell rows - 3 Sets (each arm)
20 tricep kickbacks - 3 sets (each arm)
25 reps of bench press - 3 sets
25 barbell curls - 3 sets
25...
