My personal opinion is only cardio in the am,just because you dont have any calories in you after an over night fast(sleep..)-so you will benefit more with the weights if you have more calories in...

you can always have a little more kick even though your test levels are high at that age i would suggest epistane(available at dpsnutrition made by ibe)-works very well and legit too.(ofcourse...)
