Oops...

That was pretty stupid of me to forget..
I would like to focus on my upper body. My legs are get plenty of exersize.
The biggest focus is on strength along with toning my chest, back, and arms.

Talking Chocolate Milk?

If your bulking up, can chocolate milk work as a source of protien for your diet? The sticky said milk is alright if I remeber correctely and I dont believe it would mkae much of a difference......
