Most of the time I train my larger muscle groups twice a week (but pretty short sessions, about 2 exercises each time). The smaller ones - it depends - maybe once a week or I leave them out.

Walking is fine, it won't interfere with your recovery. I wouldn't do HIT though.

Your diet seems a little low on cals. What are your goals? Strength? Cutting?
