Good point. Any idea where to buy dumbbells 55 lbs and up. The sets I saw so far (55 - 100 lbs) are easily over $1500.-, what the heck, don't they know I have a wife and two kids?

As far as the workout goes, it usually takes me about 30min to complete. I take about 1 min rest in between sets.
If I cut out the flyes and one of the curls I would need even less...
